To Phase Cancel the Cops

A project currently in development as one of the artists in residence at Testing Grounds. The project began as an article in unJournal, speculating on the psychological potential in removing police sirens from our acoustic landscape through phase cancellation. I am now building a custom sound system to phase cancel police sirens, to be presented in 2020.
